利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、本アプリ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 利用条件

本アプリは、個人利用を目的として提供されます。
法令または公序良俗に反する目的での利用は禁止します。

2. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
不正アクセスまたはこれを試みる行為
本アプリの解析、改変、リバースエンジニアリング等の行為
法令または公序良俗に違反する行為

3. 課金について

本アプリには、有料プラン（サブスクリプションまたは買い切り購入）が含まれる場合があります。

決済はAppleの仕組みを通じて行われます。
サブスクリプションは、解約しない限り自動更新されます。
解約および管理は、Apple IDの設定画面から行うことができます。
購入後の返金は、Appleのポリシーに従います。

4. データについて

ユーザーが入力した記録データは端末内に保存されます。
アプリ削除により、保存されたデータは端末から削除されます。
開発者は、ユーザーの記録内容について責任を負いません。

5. 免責事項

本アプリは、現状有姿で提供されます。
本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
本アプリの内容は、予告なく変更または提供を終了する場合があります。

6. 知的財産権

本アプリに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

7. 規約の変更

本規約は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は、本アプリ内または配信ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

8. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して生じた紛争については、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the App (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Terms of Use

The App is provided for personal use.
Use for purposes that violate laws or public order and morals is prohibited.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

Activities that interfere with the operation of the App
Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
Analysis, modification, reverse engineering, etc. of the App
Activities that violate laws or public order and morals

3. Billing

The App may include paid plans (subscription or one-time purchase).

Payment is processed through Apple's system.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled.
Cancellation and management can be done from the Apple ID settings screen.
Refunds after purchase are subject to Apple's policy.

4. Data

Record data entered by users is stored on the device.
Stored data will be deleted from the device when the App is uninstalled.
The developer is not responsible for the content of user records.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is."
The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
The content of the App may be changed or discontinued without notice.
